How to quickly paste large texts with OneTouchPaste on iOS / iPhone

When you first open the app you can see:

  • List of groups (of text snippets)

  • Edit

  • Add a new group

You can create different groups for different apps (ex. Linkedin) or use cases (ex. Travel).

 
 
 Below is the view inside a Group where you can
 
  • Edit the group name

  • Change the color

  • Icons

  • Manage clips (snippets)

  • Add new clips

    • either brand new

    • or add from pasteboard

 
 
 
 

By clicking on "icon" in the screen above, you can choose an icon for your list of snippets. If you have a Mac and want to take a detailed look at the symbols you can download SF symbols here.

 
 
 
 

When you "add a new clip", you can

  • Enter a title

  • Enter the text (which can be pasted with the button)

  • See actions such as share or open link if the text contains URL

Below are the settings where you can 

  • Show our icon on the screen or hide it

  • Decide how many clips will show in the home screen

  • Choose your language

  • Audio feedback

  • Haptic feedback

  • Show or hide a number toolbar on top of the keyboard
