1. Introduction Welcome to One Touch Paste! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the One Touch Paste mobile application and its associated services (collectively, "the App"). The App allows you to paste text with a single touch into any application directly from the keyboard.

2. Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

6. App Modifications and Availability We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the App at any time or for any reason at our discretion without notice. We also do not guarantee that the App or any content provided on the App is error free and up to date.

7. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages or any other damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of the App.

Indemnification You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the App and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses arising from your use of and access to the App, or from or in connection with any content uploaded to the App through your account by a third party.

9. Termination We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

10. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
